Stir Fried Chicken with Vegetables
Ingredients
- 5 strips fillet of chicken
- 1 onion – chopped
- 1 tsp garlic – chopped
- 2 cups of vegetables – eg pepper, broccoli, spinach, beans
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp cream
- 2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese
- Oil for stir frying
Instructions
- Brown onions and garlic.
- Then add chicken and cook on low heat.
- Add a little water if necessary. Add vegetables – add broccoli and beans first, then followed by pepper and lastly spinach.
- Season with salt and pepper. Turn off the fire and dish it out.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cream over the chicken and vegetables.
