Stir Fried Chicken with Vegetables

Ingredients


  • 5 strips fillet of chicken
  • 1 onion – chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic – chopped
  • 2 cups of vegetables – eg pepper, broccoli, spinach, beans
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp cream
  •  2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese
  • Oil for stir frying

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions

  1. Brown onions and garlic.
  2. Then add chicken and cook on low heat.
  3. Add a little water if necessary. Add vegetables – add broccoli and beans first, then followed by pepper and lastly spinach.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Turn off the fire and dish it out.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and cream over the chicken and vegetables.
