Almond Crusted Pan Fried Fish Fillets
Ingredients
- Fresh fish fillets, eg dory fillets
- 4tbsps finely ground almonds
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup cream
- Salt and pepper
- Grape seed oil
Instructions
- Soak the fish fillets in water with lemon wedges or assam jawa for 1 hour.
- Combine egg and cream. In a separate bowl, combine almonds with seasoning.
- Pat dry the fish fillets and dip into egg and cream mixture, then coat with almonds.
- Pan fry with grape seed oil and serve with a salad.
