Almond Crusted Pan Fried Fish Fillets

Ingredients


  • Fresh fish fillets, eg dory fillets
  • 4tbsps finely ground almonds
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • Grape seed oil

 

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions

  1. Soak the fish fillets in water with lemon wedges or assam jawa for 1 hour.
  2. Combine egg and cream. In a separate bowl, combine almonds with seasoning.
  3. Pat dry the fish fillets and dip into egg and cream mixture, then coat with almonds.
  4. Pan fry with grape seed oil and serve with a salad.
